Tom Davies is a writer, performer, and arts marketer. His comedy company Pegabovine appeared at the Edinburgh Fringe and on BBC Radio 4. He has worked in marketing and communications for Cardboard Citizens, Theatre Centre, and Greenbelt Festival. He performed in Upstart's first show in 2002, and has been a board member since 2015. He became Chair of Upstart in 2017.
